All of Our Produce Is Certified Organic or Pesticide and Spray Free. We Use Only Natural and Organic Ingredients in Our House Made Sauces and Dressings. It Was the Love of Beach Volleyball That Led Peter and I To Move To Manhattan Beach in 1998. We Lived in Our First Apartment Together On Marine Street and the Strand and We Currently Reside A Few Blocks Away. Our Daughter, Elleni Attends Grandviewelementary School and Our Son, Evan Attends Bellmontessorischool. Needless To Say, This Area Has A Lot of Meaning for Us. Hence, We Decided To Name the Restaurant Marine Street Cafe. Marine Street Has A Long and Colorful History in Manhattan Beach. It Was the Original Home of City Hall On the Strand in the 1920s and One of the Two Locations Considered for the Manhattan Beach Pier. Marine Street Is Most Famous for Beach Volleyball, But You Can Always Find an Abundance of Surfers in the Water and Families Hanging Out On the Beach.
